This company is the first manufacturer of double wall corrugated (DWC) polyethylene pipes and the first 9116 national standard receiver in Iran. It also has the ability to produce pipes of diameter 400 to 1200 mm at length 6 and 12 meters in accordance with international standards DIN 16961 and ISO 13476 using the new world technology.

The Type of these pipes are in double wall corrugated shapes (the outer layer with the ring shape and the inner layer with a smooth surface) used to transfer fluids of an acidic and alkaline. In this type of pipe, the fluid is transmitted by its gravity. In other words, the pipe performs fluid transfer as an underground creek. The outer layer has high strength and able to Load bearing under superficial and subsurface pressure, including dead and live weight.

 

Double wall corrugated pipe Application:

Polyethylene pipes, due to corrosion resistance in different environments, low weight, easy transportation, simple production process, production with high diameters and ..., is as an alternative to other pipes, and their application is increasing. (DWC) polyethylene pipes have been widely used due the strength of the inner and outer layers, as well as their high resistance to environments with different properties. These include:

- Networks of Urban and Industrial Sewage Collection and Transfer.

- Surface water collection networks in urban and industrial and agricultural areas.

- Transferring of industrial materials such as acids, alkalis (bases), salts and...

- Networks of water supply, irrigation and drainage.

- Tank for storage of materials and fluids.

- Water divider.

- Application in making water siphons on roads and rivers.

- Manholes.
