Online and automatic adjustment of the speed of yarn weaving by the specialized repair unit
The working speed of the bag production yarns became online and automatic with the speed of the integrated production line (synchronous) in order to adjust the speed of the yarn screws in proportion to any decrease or increase of the line speed.
Engineer Saeed Fath Alipoor, in charge of electrical repairs, announced the news: "Previously, the working speed of the extruder threads was adjusted by the operator on the device, and normally the operator twisted the threads to make his work easier." It set the speed of the device to the required speed, which caused several unpleasant incidents on the production line:
1- Creating double pressure each time the thread is changed on all parts of the device, especially the electric motor and drive, which caused the operation in overload mode for more than one minute to reach the required working speed. With the integration of synchronous threads, the speed of the screws was eliminated with the speed of the production line, and taking into account the time interval of filling and replacing the yarn spindles (on average, spindle spindles are replaced once every 40 minutes for 120 screws). In 24 hours, each thread was subjected to this stress 36 times. Of course, this tension was exerted more strongly at the beginning of the line, where the general speed of the line is low.
2- Changing the shape of the thread at the beginning of each spindle during starting (more than one minute) due to excessive traction.
3- Failure to reduce the speed of the threads when reducing the line speed to reduce the production speed or during startup, which would aggravate the above and further damage the device.
Engineer Fath Alipoor added: the mentioned cases reduced the useful life of all parts of the device, especially the electric motor and drive. An arrangement was made to integrate the speed of the screw threads online and automatically with the speed of the production line.
He pointed out that to perform this task, after performing the relevant calculations and identifying the ambiguities of the problem using a set of precision instruments with scalability and calibration, an analog signal of 4 to 20 mA to the PLC input of the screws Send to all drives after processing through the network and control the speed of the screws. The efforts of Engineer Seyed Morteza Alboushokeh, an employee of the Electricity Repair Unit, in making these changes are also commendable.
The person in charge of electrical repairs added: "This project has a great impact on reducing the amount of damage and the cost of repairs and maintenance of screws and is considered as the first step in the automation program of bag production line, the preparations for which have been made by the specialized repair department." With the full implementation of this program, in addition to modifying and developing quality and quantitative control of the production process, we will have changes in line hardware, including DC drives and controllers.
